Paetry Warranty Policy

Frames:

• Aluminum frame construction is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for five years from the purchase date.
• Steel frame construction is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for two years from the purchase date.
• Damage to frames or welds resulting from improper assembly or exposure to sub-freezing temperatures is not covered.
• Components such as adjustable foot caps, faux-wood armrests, etc., are not part of the frame. 

Finishes:

• Paint finishes are warranted against peeling, cracking, and blistering for one year from the purchase date, provided the item has not been scratched or abraded.
• Chips and scratches or fading resulting from normal wear and tear and exposure to the elements are not covered.
• "Hand brushed" finishes are genuinely handcrafted by artists, thus resulting in natural variations. These variations are not considered defects. 

Fabrics:

• Fabric and cushions (if applicable) are warranted against separation at the seams for two year from the purchase date.
• Fading and/or discoloration resulting from exposure to the elements, oils, spills, fluids, chemicals, water damage, or any other cause are not covered.
• Sunbrella® fabric is protected for a period of five years against abrasion, pilling, color, or strength loss from normal use and exposure conditions, such as sunlight and atmospheric chemicals.
• Sunbrella fading and/or discoloration resulting from exposure to storms, extreme heat or sunlight, oils, spills, stains, fluids, chemicals, cleaning products, water damage, or any other cause are not covered.
•  Mildew and mold grow on dirt that can accumulate on top of Sunbrella fabric if not properly maintained. 

Wicker and/or Rope:

• Wicker and rope weave (if applicable) are warranted against separation and tearing for three years from the purchase date.
• Fading and/or discoloration resulting from exposure to the elements, oils, spills, fluids, chemicals, or any other cause are not covered.

Natural and/or Engineered Stone Table Tops:

• Natural or engineered stone top are warranted against structural defects due to materials and/or workmanship during the first year from the date of purchase.
• If the original table top is not available or has been discontinued, we will replace it with one of similar style and quality.
• Fading, chipping, or pitting can occur in natural and engineered stone surfaces, and these conditions are not covered by the warranty.
• We strongly recommend using a furniture cover to protect the stone tabletop when not in use. 

Fire Burner: 

• The fire burner and control panel are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
