Clean your frames regularly with mild soapy water and a soft cloth. Do NOT use abrasive materials or cleansers. Rinse thoroughly and wait for the frames to dry completely before storing.
If the frames are assembled, check periodically for loosening bolts.
If you experience a wet and freezing winter, frames should be stored indoors in an upright position to allow for proper drainage. Frames stored upside down can accumulate water that can freeze and cause structural damage.
Maintain your frames by covering them with furniture covers or storing them out of the elements when not in use.
All-weather wicker is a synthetic material made of either PVC, Polyvinyl Chloride or PE, Polyethylene. Clean the wicker regularly with mild soap and warm water. Do not use abrasive materials or cleansers.
Commercial vinyl protectors may stain the cushions.
Maintain the beauty of wicker by covering them with furniture covers or storing them out of the elements when not in use.
For spills, spot clean by blotting minor spills with a clean dry cloth. Clean the area with mild soap and a damp cloth afterward and wipe down all soap residue with a clean damp cloth. Air dry completely before use.
For dry messes, use a vacuum to gently lift loose debris from the fabric.
If you purchased Sunbrella fabric covers, please refer to the Sunbrella Care and Maintenance Guide for more details.
Maintain your cushions by storing them in a dry area out of the elements or cover them with furniture covers when not in use. If your furniture is being used in an area where birds and trees are plentiful, covering the cushions is especially recommended.
Cushion covers, even Sunbrella cushion covers, are NOT water-proof. Cushions can become water-saturated with heavy water exposure. To allow cushions to air-dry properly, follow the suggested steps:
Stone is a durable yet porous material. The stone on your table has been sealed to resist moisture and staining. Yet the sealer does require proper cleaning and maintenance.
Clean tops regularly with a soft, clean cloth. Use warm clean water and mild dish soap. Do not use petroleum-based or abrasive cleaners. Rinse with plenty of water to remove any soap residue. Dry thoroughly after cleaning to prevent water spots.
Even if your stone tabletop has been sealed, spills need to be cleaned immediately to prevent staining or damage to the stone. Acidic compounds found in many foods such as tomato products, mustard, fruit juices, wines, vinegar, and coffee can leave permanent stains in stone material.
Use coasters and placemats to prevent leaving a ring or scratches on the table surface. When placing hot dishes or cups, always use trivets, mats, or hot pads.
Cover your stone table with an outdoor furniture cover when not in use to protect it from the elements. We recommend that your stone table be stored indoors during the winter months to protect it from cracking in extreme cold.
Before performing any maintenance always disconnect the propane gas tank and keep the firepit free and clear from combustible materials.
Visually inspect the burner periodically for obstructions and keep the tank enclosure free and clear from debris.
Use a soft brush to clean mild stains, loose dirt, and soil. Wipe down with a soft cloth.
Harsh weather conditions may cause stubborn stains, discoloration, and possibly rust. Permanent damage may occur if harsh chemical or solvent comes in contact with painted or plastic components.
Keep the firepit stored away from direct sunlight when not in use, and cover it with a furniture cover.
If storing the firepit inside, disconnect the propane gas tank from the gas valve.
Do NOT use non-manufacturer-approved or supplied parts/accessories. Using parts other than those supplied will void the warranty of the firepit.
